Can You Change Your Antibodies?

I would argue that you can.

Doctors often run antibody tests to diagnose you with rheumatoid arthritis, then never run them again. I had these tests done as part of a study I was in. The hS-CRP is a test of inflammation, but I believe the rest are all antibody tests. For reference, I had started AIP Paleo in early January, 2012. I started seeing an alternative doctor around 2017, as I felt I wasn’t doing as well, but my antibodies mostly show I am doing well. I will have some similar tests run the week of Thanksgiving, but they aren’t exactly the same tests, as they’re not a part of the study. I need to have something to measure to help me with how I’m doing.

*Note that I was doing exercise rehab in June, 2011.  I can’t remember when I started, but had been doing it a while at that time.  I started the Paleo Diet in January of 2012, but would say I was starting to slide a little (not doing as well) in 2017.
